Exchanges/Claims
Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and the original receipt is presented.
Sale items with any defects are not eligible for exchange, claims, or returns.
We have a "no refund" policy. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund at our discretion, depending on the payment method.
Cash on Delivery Refund
You can request a refund within 15 days of purchase. For online purchases, you can call our Retail Support Center at +86 15327792415or email Roman.891024X@Gmail.com. Our customer service representative will carefully examine the product and assess whether a refund is possible. If a refund is granted, the funds will be returned to the e-wallet you set up on our website. You can use this amount for one purchase within 6 months.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Online Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has shipped. After the goods are shipped, the "Exchange/Claim Policy" will apply. wigsmith reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason. Common reasons include: out-of-stock items; incorrect pricing, etc.
